Add some seeded scones.

Cut out the scones, dip in a little milk and then dip in seeds of your choice.

  1. Doesnt feel much like summer does it?! I love the blue pottery in your garden picture, I have some pots that colour in mine too.

    1. Most of my pots are blue. The colour works with most plants.

  2. Corrr! That stew does look lovely and the scones. Thanks for pointing us in the direction of the recipes. I have a few parsnips in the garden and one leek left! I hope they won't be disappointing. :)

    1. It's a great recipe for using up all sorts of veg. There was carrots, parsnip, sweet potato, celeriac and turnip in the mix along with 1 lonely potato.

    1. You can use any seed you have handy or even some grated cheese.

  4. This weather's mad, we should be starting on the salads, not still enjoying stews, though that does look particularly tempting. The seeded scones look really good too.

    1. I never thought I would be making stew at the start of May but it was just what was needed on the day that was in it.

  5. The seeded scones look good and thanks again for the kind mention and making the stew again, yes the weather in MaY is calling for it.
