It started with 2 left over cooking apples. I didn't want to waste them so I decided to make a apple bake well tart. Then I had some sponge mix left over so I made cup cakes. They were iced with so roll out icing I had left over from another cake. Nothing wasted here.
Last time I went to Glenveigh I was eaten by the dreadful midge! Hope you all survived! Lovely photos of Derry!
